Congratulations to Sage Music founder, Jason Sagebiel, who received the Queens Impact Award on May 11, 2017 for his contributions to the Queens community, and for being a top entrepreneur in New York City. In addition, Sagebiel was awarded with citations from the New York City Council (Councilmember Paul Vallone), the New York State Senate (Senator Leroy Comrie), and the New York State Assembly (Representative Alicia Hyndman).

“I’m honored to have been recognized with these award, though I’ve only created the vision, it is the managers and teachers here at Sage Music that do the major work with our many students. But more, it is our students who, everyday, do the real work of learning, of improving, and of becoming better people. I’m proud of them all”, says Sagebiel of receiving the awards.

Sagebiel was among 25 leaders who were honored with the award from the Times Ledger. The ceremony was held at Douglaston Manor, in Douglaston, Queens.
