Jason Sagebiel (Sage Music)

(aka Sage) is a 2009 MTNA Nationally Certified Teacher of Music, founder of Sage Music, and professor of music at the City University of New York.

A former collegiate athlete, who always achieved perfect physical fitness scores in the Marines, Sagebiel was injured in the Iraq war in 2003.

As a result, he was unable to workout for more than 15 years leading to declining health, discomfort, pain, and anxiety. The programming in this course is the same work that he used to bring himself back to health. And go on to give more than 30 world premieres, conduct at Carnegie Hall multiple times, and lead a healthy life full of music.

Jesse Irizarry

Jesse Irizarry (JDI Barbell & Strength)

Jesse Irizarry is the founder of JDI Barbell and is a former record setting competitive powerlifter and NCAA Division 1 Strength Coach. Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, he holds degrees in Exercise Science and Physiology.

He’s coached hundreds of Olympic weightlifters and Powerlifters – many who have set records – and CrossFit competition teams. He’s an in-demand personal trainer.

His training focuses on general fitness, strength and conditioning, maintaining proper form, injury prevention, and developing custom fitness programs for clients with specific needs.
